Contractor walked off your job? We finish it.
We get called in after other contractors leave a project half done. We look at what was done, tell you what needs fixing, and finish it.
Call us first so you don't hire twice. And if it's already happened, call us next.
How a takeover works
- We walk the job with you. You show us what was started, what was promised and where it stopped.
- We tell you what we see. What was done right, what needs fixing and what's left.
- We finish it. One crew picks it up and sees it through to the final walkthrough.
The punch list from one takeover
The homeowner fired the first contractor partway through. Here's what we finished:
- Finished the cabinets and countertops
- Built the stairs and the upstairs vanity
- Reworked the electrical
- Put on a new roof
- Rebuilt the backyard around the pool and waterfall
- Built out the casita with a full kitchen and bath
Because our crew covers framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, cabinets, countertops, roofing and concrete, we can pick up wherever the last contractor stopped.
Takeover questions
Will you finish a job another contractor started?
Yes. It's a big part of what we do. We walk the job with you first so you know exactly what's left.
Can you fix work the last contractor got wrong?
We'll tell you what was done right and what needs fixing, then take care of it as part of finishing the job.
