Whole property takeover in Phoenix

Interior finishes, stairs, electrical, a new roof, the backyard and a casita with its own kitchen and bath. Finished after the homeowner let the first contractor go.

Finished kitchen with a waterfall island and light wood shaker cabinets

The homeowner fired the first contractor partway through the job. We walked the property, sorted out what was done and what wasn't, and finished all of it.

Inside the house

  • Finished the interior, including the cabinets and countertops
  • Built the stairs
  • Built the upstairs vanity
  • Reworked the electrical throughout

The kitchen

The bathrooms

The roof

We put on a new roof as part of the same job.

The backyard

  • Resurfaced the existing pool
  • Rebuilt and rerocked the existing waterfall
  • Repoured the concrete
  • Laid pavers over a section that used to be dirt and around the pool deck

The casita

We framed the overhang and built out the casita with a full kitchen and a full bathroom.
